Apples Can Make Sex Better!
July 14, 2014
Food and sex work together, most of the time. Edible body paints to lick from your partner’s body, or food to erotically feed to each other. Some men even alter their diet to try and improve the taste of their semen. Bringing food in the bedroom can sometimes be messy, but it’s still a lot of fun.
Now a new study suggests that eating apples can lead to better sex for women.
The study looked at 731 sexually active Italian women. The women were aged between 18 and 43 with no history or complaint of sexual disorder. They were questioned about their apple consumption and asked a variety of questions about sexual function, frequency, orgasm, lubrication, and satisfaction.
An Apple A Day…
The results showed that those who ate apples daily had higher scores, with better lubrication and function. Needless to say, the results are pretty surprising (and bring a whole new meaning to the term Golden Delicious!)
The reason behind it is that, like red wine and chocolate, apples contain antioxidants and polyphenols that can stimulate blood flow. This, in turn, helps with arousal. Not only that, but apples contain something very similar to a female sex hormone, which can aid lubrication and increased sexuality.
What Does This Mean?
Now, it is quite a small sample for a study, so the only real way to know if it is true is to try it with more people. I’d love to hear what you think of this. Have you noticed you have more sex when you eat apples?
Apples, and many other fruits and vegetables, are still a great thing to have in your diet. Look at the London escorts! They look after themselves and eat well, so they know how helpful they can be to your body. In fact, I’m going to add apples to my shopping list now and do my own experiment at home.
