It has certainly been an interesting week of TV in England. Channel 4 has brought us ‘Benefit Street’, a look at a Birmingham Street where nearly everyone was on benefits. It certainly succeeded in making the people there look like the scum of the earth. Make of that what you will.

It’s amazing what the internet can do. What once was private is now common knowledge. No, I am not speaking about the NSA tracking your emails and mobile phone data (they could look at mine, but they would be very bored) I am talking about the fact that a nations porn habits can now be monitored down to a the smallest detail.

We all know that, despite it supposedly being a ‘golden period’, the start of a relationship can be hard. You are just starting to get to know what makes each other tick. And lets face it, the seeds for most relationships that fail are planted in those first few months.

Nottingham is not a very big city by any means, yet it is extremely popular. When I was a young boy, I didn’t know much about the places in England, except for maybe two or three; London, Manchester and Nottingham. The reason why Nottingham is so popular in the world is because of its links to Robin Hood, the famous thief who would steal from the rich and give to the poor. It is stated that Robin Hood used to reside near the areas of Nottingham, and if you visit the city of Nottingham, you are likely to come across a number of people who will say that they have firm belief that Robin Hood was a true character.

It’s the cold season, and I for one have been struck by the bug. To be fair I feel like absolute garbage. I have gone through the traditional treatments on offer, Lemsip, a hot toddy and bed rest, but nothing appears to be working. However, trawling on the internet, I have found a something very interesting. Apparently sex helps the fight against the common cold.

Bristol is a very famous city located in the Southwestern side of England, and with a population of around 450, 000, it is one of the most populated cities in the area. It is the sixth most populated city within England, if the surrounding LUZ (larger urban zone) is taken in to account, which has an estimated figure of more than 1 million residents. Bristol is also a member of the Core Cities Group. Within the region of South West England, Bristol is the largest hub of employment, education as well as cultural influences.

Some peoples views just have to make you laugh. It is like they are stuck in a bygone age, and whilst the world moves on, they just sit there with their entrenched, usually bigoted views.

This is the case with star of T.V hit ‘Duck Dynasty’, Phil Robertson, who decided to have an interview with GQ magazine, and tell everyone about his views on ‘modern immorality’ and the gay community.

With over a million people residing in the city of Birmingham, this is the largest city outside of the capital of England. Birmingham is not only one of the most historic locations in England, it also has a range of modern era buildings and places for people to visit. A lot of people have asked me to write about some of the best places to visit in Birmingham, but as you know, the choices vary from person to person.

You would be surprised at the things men have uttered to women during sex. It’s approaching that time of year again; the time when you tell yourself that things are going to change. Once Christmas is done with, we tend to review the year just gone and reflect on the changes we want or need. The run up to New Year’s Eve is also a time for looking forward to the year ahead and to resolve to follow through on those changes.
